Either/or Lens
Reality and truth can only be either this or that. Separateness or oneness. Suffering or wellbeing.
Also known as black and white, binary, dualistic perception.
How to correct: Both/and lens, uni-duality, trans-immanence
*Either you can do X and be unhappy or stop doing X and be happy... really you could keep doing X in a new way, and be happy. This is an unfair lie.

Permanence and "find-ability" as a measure of reality
The more permanent something is, the more real it is and the more fleeting, the less valuable.
"The only reality is that which is never born and never dies."
"Your true self was never born and will never die."
You can't "find" the wind, but it's still very real.
How to correct: Embrace impermanence with grace and awe. What's fleeting becomes more precious for its' impermanence.
